Right from the start, Dr. Baum has been so great. He is attentive, listens to you, and genuinely wants to get to know you. He gives you multiple opportunities to talk about concerns or issues you might be experiencing, and gives you very detailed explanations. He doesn't make you feel like you are getting rushed out the door, which feels very refreshing to most doctors these days. So far I am so pleased with Dr. Baum as my doctor.

The people at the front desk were super helpful. Melissa is very nice, always helpful and informative, and great at what she does. The sonographer who assisted her was awesome. My IUD insertion was over in probably 3 minutes and wasn't painful. I was very nervous going in but both of them explained everything they were doing which made the experience easy.

Normally it’s a five. Today I got unnecessary attitude from the reception to answer my q on a new form. I was early but waited 40 mins ( which I expect) I’m grateful I was fine, but w my history, it seem like a superfast rush thru the exam, no pap Which I know is new standard but I want to check annually, (and its covered). Talking w the dr is always good tho. A urine test was not required or asked for and I had history where that surprised me too.
