My experience was excellent. I called for an acute concern and was able to be seen within a few days. The office staff returned my call quickly and were so friendly and helpful. Ms. Ivy was so knowledgeable and kind. I am very grateful for the care that I received!

Ivy is a phenomenal practitioner with outstanding bedside manner. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great experience before feeling so heard, welcomed, and well cared for. I’d recommend her to absolutely anyone!

Dr. Wharton is fantastic. The front office staff needs training on customer service. Patients do not want to hear about your personal drama as you loudly talk among yourselves at the front desk area. Also, at north of my visits I heard staff speaking poorly about patients. I question leaving the practice for these reasons.

New location is a big improvement. Love my doctor. She is thorough and very caring. The Chicago office’s call answering system is still not customer friendly.

Melissa was thorough, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I did not feel in the least bit rushed at any point during my appointment. Melissa offered to research several topics to provide me with specific answers to my questions. I can only imagine how busy she is, so to do that really exceeded my expectations. I was extremely impressed by Melissa and I look forward to working with her in the near future.

On time, good interaction with my dr.
